This class is designed to help you stop wasting time using ineffective and inefficient methods to find a job. Most job hunters employ a passive approach or listen to myths about how jobs are found. Here’s what’s included and covered in these 2, 90-minute sessions:
· You’ll first learn about the “5 Tools to Find a Job” and their success rates.
· We’ll learn about Active versus Passive ways to find a job, and evaluate each of the 5 Ways to Find a Job
· Compare and contrast the 5 Tools in terms of: positives for you, positives for the employer, negatives for you and negatives for the employer.
· Details and specific tips for efficient ways to use each of the 5 Tools to Find a Job will be covered, including “don’ts”, facts, and effective use of each tool.
· You’ll learn to develop Job Hunting Goals that are “CAS.”
· We’ll craft a unique and detailed 4-week plan or roadmap that you can follow to get a job FAST and minimize your frustration.
· Delivered via phone in two targeted 90-minute sessions, adapted to your needs and experience.
· Special proprietary workbook and exercises are sent to you prior to coaching sessions.
